As of March, there are over 5,000 homes for sale in the Space Coast Brevard County Multiple Listing Service. Not long ago there were only 800 homes available, so you see the seller's market has ended and we are now in a buyer's market. As a buyer you will no longer be subject to bidding wars nor contingency waivers. I have even been involved with bidding wars on properties, with selling prices exceeding the list price. By the way, I would never subject my buyers to that type of torture, I have ways around it.
